Form No. 124 Prescribed by Secretary of State (01-23) Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten-Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the 911 Ems District, Ohio, passed on the 31st day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten-mill limitation: A renewal of 0.68 mill and an increase of 0.05 mill for each $1 of taxable value to constitute a tax for the benefit of Delaware County (excluding the Cities of Columbus, Dublin and Westerville) for the purpose of the establishment and operation of a 9-1-1 system that the county auditor estimates will collect $5,886,070 annually, at a rate not exceeding 0.73 mill for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $16 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's appraised value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
